The Lorax, 1972 animated television special on YouTube.
One of the most popular children's books of all time, The Lorax by Dr. Seuss, was first published in 1971. It was made into an animated television special in 1972.
This story is about the importance of protecting the environment with the Lorax, who speaks for the Truffula Trees against the greedy Once-ler.
Unfortunately, the dangerous corporate greed seems to overrun pristine nature in this story.
Hence the advice at the end of the story:
"the word of the Lorax seems perfectly clear. UNLESS someone like you cares a whole awful lot, Nothing is going to get better. It's not."
The future is in your hands.
